On a humid Saturday morning,
the Hope on Wheels mobile clinic quietly rolled into Sadarghat —
its presence now familiar to many of the street-connected children who call the terminal their temporary home.
Later that afternoon, it made its second stop at Kamalapur Railway Station. By the end of the day, something profound had happened: we had officially reached our 100th patient. One hundred young lives. One hundred moments of being seen, heard, and treated with dignity. This was not just a number. It was a milestone built on medicine, trust, and compassion. Our 5th and 6th camps, held on 12 April 2025, marked a significant turning point. With the support of volunteer doctors and field staff, children from Sadarghat, Kamalapur, and LEEDO Peace Home came forward to receive medical checkups, medicine, and guidance. A total of 104 patients were treated. The majority were between the ages of 8 and 12, with boys making up 80% of the attendees. Many came barefoot. Some came with mothers. All came with stories etched into their skin. The most common health complaints included:
