Instead of just covering theory\, you’ll get simple techniques you can use right away to understand\, interrupt\, and redirect anger in your daily life. \nThe course is live and interactive on Microsoft Teams\, creating a supportive online space where you can join in\, practise skills as you learn\, and connect with others who have similar goals.
